Refund Policy

At KAJ CLEANERS, we strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Services Are Non-Refundable
All payments made for cleaning services are final and non-refundable once the service has been completed.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 5 business days of the cleaning appointment. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean or alternative resolution.

4. No Show Policy
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or no one is available to grant access, the visit will be considered a “no show” and may be subject to a fee.

5. Payment Disputes
By making a payment, you agree not to dispute the charge with your card provider, as long as the service corresponds to the terms agreed upon.
